At PTP we have our own network of registered DEAs (Domestic Energy Assessors) and Search Companies who are registered with the Property Codes Compliance Board and comply with both the HIP and  Search Codes of Practice.

Since Searches carried out by Agents operating under this Code are recognized by the Council of Mortgage Lenders, providing the searches have been carried out within the 3 month time scale further searches will not be required by a purchaser’s solicitors. Should however the 3 month time scale elapse, PTP’s Search Agents can update the search information at a much reduced rate.

The PTP HIP is thus guaranteed to comply with the latest HIP legislation as well as the HIP and Search Codes and is fully covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance so you can be sure you are getting a ‘no-risk’ HIP!

If required, property details (provided by you in either ‘word’ or pdf format) and your company logo can also be included in the pack.

Are other providers trying to tie you into a contract?
